When reasonably possible, the customer will be notified of any scheduling change as soon as practicable.
Liability & Risk
We assume no liability for pre-existing structural defects or subterranean issues not apparent during initial inspection. Our total aggregate liability is limited strictly to the scope of our active insurance certificates.
